It's official! Cassandra Hesseltine, the Humboldt-Del Norte Film Commissioner, is now on the Board of Directors of the organization FLICS (Film Liaisons in California Statewide). And...she, also, has just been voted on to the Executive Committee as Treasurer!
FLICS is made up of Film Commissioners through out the state of California. They are responsible for putting on the COLA awards show in the fall, as well as, the California Conference (film commission tradeshow) in the summer. FLICS, also, works closely with the California Film Commission.
